Green Banana Food's Matooke flour MF100 is a fine powder that is beige in colour and flavour neutral. Processed and dried from peeled East African highland cooking bananas locally known as Matooke.

100% natural without any preservatives or additives, Matooke flour is naturally high in potassium, magnesium and dietary fiber and processed in Uganda and diligent guidelines for quality, food safety and sustainability.

We apply landscape sourcing, as most farmers will have a combination of different crops ranging from Matooke bananas, sorghum, amaranth, millet, chia seeds, Bambara nuts, pumpkins, vanilla & moringa

From this diverse selection of crops, we create flour blends tailored to specific product categories to meet practical baking applications and deliver a perfect taste and texture.
